Metro League - 2025 Summer League Announcements
The Metropolitan Collegiate Baseball Summer League of Illinois announced that two new teams have joined the League for the 2025 summer season. The League extends a warm welcome to Athletes HQ and the Illinois Hawks.
The League also announced that the 24 game regular season schedule will begin on Saturday, May 31, 2025 and end on Sunday, July 13. The end of year single elimination League tournament will begin on Monday, July 14 and end with the Championship game on Thursday, July 17 at Trout Park in Elgin.

2024 Metro League Regular Season and Tournament
The Metro League congratulates the Kane County Phantoms for finishing first during the regular summer season with a record of 17-5-1 and the number 1 seed in the single elimination End of Year Tournament.
The 3 day Metro Tournament concluded with the Wheaton White Sox defeating the KC Phantoms in the Championship game played at the Stuart Sports Complex in Aurora on Wed. Jul 17.
Congratulations to the Phantoms, regular Season Champions, and to the White Sox, Metro Tournament Champions.
2024 Metro League All Conference Team Announced
The Metro League would like to congratulate 22 of its players for being voted to the All Conference Team. First and Second Team recipients were selected by the Managers based on player performance during the summer season. Congratulations to all for a great summer and for receiving this recognition for your performance.
