Metro League teams competed in the 2015 Metro Tournament on Friday July 24, Saturday July 25 and Sunday July 26. The ten teams entered into the single elimination tournament on Friday July 24. The Crystal Lake Cardinals defeated the Palatine Bulldogs on Sunday July 24 to earn the Metro League Tournament Championship. The Cardinals were seeded number one after winning the West division with a 17-3 record. On Friday July 24 at Notre Dame HS, Palatine defeated Akadema, and then defeated the Eastern Division Champs Indians. In the night cap, Wheaton beat the Aces to set up a semi final game between the White Sox and Palatine. At Judson University, Rockford defeated the Padres but then lost to the Cardinals. The Patriots defeated the Knights and advanced to the semi final game between the Cardinals and Patriots on Saturday July 25. The Cardinals defeated the Patriots while Palatine beat Wheaton on Saturday. The Bulldogs and Cardinals faced each other on Sunday's Championship at Judson. The Cardinals earned the tournament championship with an 11-1 win.
